Required Documentation

If a Power of Attorney (POA) is involved, where a person is authorized to sign on behalf of the owner, you will need the official POA document, along with the person’s passport copy, Emirates ID, and visa.

If the property is registered under a company name, you must provide the company’s Trade License and the signatory’s documents, including their passport, Emirates ID, and visa.
